Do as they promise and nothing more. Took them on a 10km run at <7 min per km and were ok. For a heavyweight overpronator mid/fore foot striker I wish there was more forefoot cushion. These would be great for heel striking overpronators. I also wish the drop was lower, but that’s a forefoot striker issue
